Category A

The device is fully functional, in perfect condition, without scratches or wear and tear. It is a commonly used device that has been perfectly cared for by the owner and looks like new.

Category B

The device is fully functional and shows signs of normal wear and tear. It is a commonly used device with minor signs of use (e.g. fine abrasion or minor scratch on the LCD/body).

Category C

The device is fully functional but shows signs of significant wear. The device is visually damaged ( there are scratches and/or grooves on the LCD or the device body).

Category D

The device has a malfunction or is in a state of significant wear and tear. In most cases, this is a device with visible mechanical damage (e.g. badly scratched or cracked display, cracked or deformed body, etc.) or in general, the device has some functional defect.
